Since 2005, we’ve been working to improve the lives of low-income families in South Dallas.
A hand up, not a handout.
Framehouse Outreach Foundation 501(c) (3) provides annual support to South Dallas families in need. Through our Back to School Bash and Christmas Unity in the Community events, we distribute over $500,000 of backpacks, school supplies, meals, clothing, toys, bicycles, haircuts, shoes, coats, and financial assistance. We are deeply grateful for the support of our donors and Texas motorcycle clubs. At our Empowerment Center, we offer entrepreneurial education, job search assistance, and computer training to help individuals improve their lives. We also provide a safe space for women and children seeking protection, in partnership with domestic violence organizations
How We Help
We work to employ the most creative and effective methods available to assist the greatest number of families possible through the recurring resources at its disposal as well as those generated through fundraising activities.
Empowerment Center & Safehouse
Our Empowerment Center is a community cornerstone. You can find our volunteers providing meals, giving out clothes and school supplies, or hosting events that benefit and bless our local community.

For women trapped within domestic abuse situations, we provide a discrete and secure safe house. This resource is provided at no charge for women and children who need refuge.

Entrepreneurship & Education
We create bespoke continuing education programs to address the needs of teachers and their student communities. From training on the latest technology to new pedagogical methods, we help teachers make their classrooms engaging and successful.
Support for Communities
We are a resource to our community. Our Volunteer body is passionate about Dallas. When the community needs us, we mobilize to lend a helping hand. We are always prepared to give of our time, our resources, and our hearts.
Food Assistance
The FrameHouse team regularly organizes food drives and assistance initiatives. There is a schedule on our services page! Another community effort to fight hunger within our community is the student and homeless backpack program. Those who are in need of food on a regular basis can come to the Empowerment Center with their reusable backpack and have it restocked with food and personal hygiene items. Prior to the coronavirus pandemic, we provided weekly senior citizen’s lunch and games.
